Global Robots USA
global robots logo, global robots USA, global robots used industrial robot specialists, based in USA with agent worldwide, we ship globally

Our aim is to make robots affordable to a far wider market than ever before by supplying high quality used robotic equipment at low prices.  If you need a robot, robotic system, or just parts, we can help you find what you are looking for.  If you need advice on choosing a system, installation, training, or programming, we can provide a solution that saves you money. We have agents in the USA, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Russia, and contacts and preferred integrators across the globe.

While many other robot companies will try and sell you a complete package, with all the extra cost that this involves, we concentrate simply on buying and selling robots alone. We buy in bulk from larger factories to get the best maintained robots at the lowest prices. Many of our customers are long established integrators, end users with many existing robots, or even robot manufacturers. We have a simple ethos - the lower the price, the more we will sell. While most production environments have applications where robots would be perfectly effective, there is usually one prohibitive factor - cost. By supplying the robot alone, our customers can take on some or all of the traditional high costs of integration and programming work themselves. At the same time this builds a far greater understanding of the robot(s) among a business's workforce leading to much wider acceptance. We often find that businesses who install robots themselves are likely to order more, because once they understand the many capabilities of robots they think of ways to utilize them in further tasks.

Because we do not specialize in one particular robot model or line, we are also happy to give unbiased advice about what may be right for you. We can put you in contact with a specialist in your application or industry. We are also happy to suggest manufacturers of end effector equipment such as welding gear, grippers, suckers etc. As we do not integrate robots ourselves, we will always endeavor to put you in touch with the best qualified, best value integrators and suppliers that we know. Sometimes by keeping the non-robot-specific work in-house, a business can save many thousands of Dollars. Many customers opt for this more economical approach. We have several integrators that are happy to do as little or as much installation work as is needed. Perhaps you would like guidance in the initial phases when deciding what you should automate and how to begin. Maybe you would just like a few days of programming training. It may be that your company has the expertise to install all but the most complex parts of the installation, and so you would like an experienced integrator to complete the implementation for you on-site. This flexible approach has lead us to Bespoke Integration.

Bespoke Integration:

Bespoke integration is dictated by our customers. It allows them to specify how much of the integration work they want to undertake themselves. By getting an initial design and parts list from a robot integration expert, buying a robot from ourselves, the customer can do a lot of the integration work themselves. Then the specialist company can come in again to finish off the cell, program the robot and give any training or guidance required. This can reduce typical installation cost by 50%! This was an idea that we first had a few years ago. It seemed pointless that a decent sized company with it's own fabrication facilities and skilled maintenance engineers was paying a premium for integration work, the bulk of which was relatively straight forward and generic. Since then we have sold robots to many companies who wanted to keep the majority of the work in house. This has the additional benefits of integrating the whole concept of robots into a company as various personnel from inside the company get involved, interested and inspired by the installation.

Now companies such as ABB themselves are becoming interested in this new bespoke approach to robot integration. They too are prepared to offer companies exactly and only what they need rather than trying to sell a complete package, that is often prohibitively expensive, to a customer. We have many customers who having saved themselves thousands on the traditional "Turnkey" approach have returned for robot after robot, finding new applications as their own understanding of what's possible expands.
