The system was installed in May 2000 and has a two axis manipulator with a 250kg capacity. It has 2 fixture tables 1000 x 800 x 1200mm.
The enclosure has three automatic doors, and interlocked personel entry door and a fume hood.
The robot is equipped with a 450 amp water cooled MIG welding power source, wire feeder, torch and torch cleaner. The whole system can be viewed under power in Staffordshire in the USA and may be available for trialling (some reimbursible cost may apply).
